![]() Sealing device of packing container
专利摘要:
An arrangement on packing containers of flexible packing material, this arrangement making possible a tight closing and simple opening of the top part of the packing container. In, for example, a gable-top package (1) the arrangement comprises a sealing film (8) projecting outside the top edge of the packing container material, which after conventional shaping of the top part of the packing container is sealed in a sealing zone (9) and is provided with a projecting tearing strip (11). The film (8) is a laminate sealable to the packing material with a suitable barrier layer, e.g. Al-foil, and, owing to its small thickness, can be simply sealed in a gas-tight manner to itself as to the inside of the packing material. 公开号:SU1667632A3 申请号:SU874203344 申请日:1987-09-15 公开日:1991-07-30 发明作者:Карлссон Ларс 申请人:Аб Тетра Пак (Фирма); IPC主号:
专利说明:
The sealing device is intended for a pinch-type packaging container containing four identical side walls 1 and a bottom (not shown in the drawing) of a conventional type. The upper part of the container is divided by fold lines into a series of panels and folds that can be folded together and sealed the upper part of the container. The upper part of the container contains two rectangular closing panels 2, located opposite one another and connected to adjacent side walls 1. As a continuation of the second pair of opposite walls 1, the upper part of the container contains three panels. There are four between triangular panels 3 and panels 2 triangular bend back panels 4. Along the top edge of the container above panels 3 and 4 there are panels 5 serving to form a sealing ridge 6 consisting of several layers of material. The container is formed by folding and sealing a multilayer packaging material containing a carrier layer of fibrous material, for example paper, which is coated on either side with thin layers of thermoplastic material, preferably polyethylene. On the inside, the carrier layer is covered with a sealing film, which may have a layer of aluminum foil, which, in turn, is covered with a thin layer of polyethylene. This type of packaging material is well known and used to manufacture packaging containers that are to be used for these types of contents that have stringent requirements for gas tightness and impermeability to bacteria. The sealing device is formed by a section of the sealing film 7 projecting above the top edge of the container and having a sealing zone 8 positioned above the latter in which several layers of the section of the sealing film 7 are interconnected. The sealing film 5 is made in the form of a strip attached to the packaging container in the sealing zone 9 extending along the upper edge of the container, namely along the panels 5. In the sealing device, the sealing film 7 may be a laminated material comprising a dense and impermeable for bacteria layer, the sealing film 2, for example, may contain aluminum foil coated on both sides with a thermoplastic material. The upper part of the sealing film 7, having a sealing zone 8, may be covered with a tear strip 10 attached to it. The fixture can be made so that the tear-off strip 10 has a protruding portion 11 serving to 0 holding the ridge 6 in a downwardly compressed position, pressed against the top of the container, and adapted to be attached to the outside of the container. 5 The upper part of the sealing film 5 may be covered with a tear strip 10c on both sides. The tear strip 10 can be attached to the outside of the ridge 7. With the aid of the apparatus of the present invention, an aseptic packaging container is obtained, which can be opened in a simple manner. As shown in FIG. 1, ordinary packaging 5, the pinch-type container has a sealing film 7, which runs around the upper edge of the container inside the panels 5, protruding slightly beyond their upper edge, and the sealing film 7, after sealing the upper part of the packaging container, forms a sealing zone 8, in which several layers of sealing film 5 are interconnected. Sealing film 7 mainly 5 consists of a 10-20 mm wide strip of a multilayer material containing a layer of aluminum foil, which is surrounded on both sides by layers of a suitable plastic material, which is able to be sealed with a plastic layer located on the inner surface of the packaging material. The aluminum foil layer has a thickness of 7 μm, and two thermoplastic layers, for example, polyethylene, have a thickness of 25 μm. Thus, the sealing film 7 passes along the upper edge of the packaging container, the upper edge of the panels 5 separating the sealing film 7 to the upper 0, the free part which in the sealing zone 9 is sealed to the inner surface of the panels 5 around the entire opening of the packaging container. The sealing film 7 is suitably connected to the packaging material, which has a flat shape, i.e. it can be said that the material is in the form of a strip or sheet. The strip can simply be heated and sealed with the packaging material in the sealing zone 9. In accordance with With another embodiment of the invention, the sealing film 7 may be a free part of the film. which is applied to the side of the packaging material facing the inside of the packaging container, i.e., forming a continuation of the inner layer of the packaging coating which, to obtain a sterile container, consists of a layer of aluminum foil and a layer of polyethylene. In this case, a different technology is required in the manufacture of the packaging coating, but there is a benefit in the manufacture and application of the sealing film 7, which has the appearance of a free strip. These two methods are feasible, both of which lead to the same results. When the sealing film 7 is superimposed on the upper edge of the packaging material, sealing is carried out with heat and pressure in the sealing zone 9, thereby forming a tight seal between the sealing film 7 and the panels 5, then the material In a known manner, a packaging container is opened, which is open at the top. After filling up the package to another level, the upper part is folded down, lowering the panel 2 towards each other. Simultaneously folding the triangular panels 3, and also fold back panels 4, the joints of the panel 5, while the packaging container takes the form shown in FIG. 2. At the same time, that part of the sealing film 7, which is attached to the sections of the panels 5 located above the panels 4, is placed between the sections of the sealing film 7. which are located above the panels 2. Such a sealing principle corresponds to sealing when closing containers of plucked type However, due to the device “of the present invention, the presence in the sealing zone of a multilayer material containing fibrous material (and therefore relatively thick, approximately 0.5 mm) is eliminated, this allows a and squeeze to obtain a sealing zone 8 in the upper free part of the sealing film 7, which satisfies the high requirements in terms of tightness. The relatively thin layer of aluminum foil in the sealing film 7, as well as the partially melted layers of thermoplastic material, can simply be pressed one against the other, thereby preventing the formation of a channel in the transition between the unequal elements of the layers in the central ridge 6 After sealing the sealing film 5, a tear-off the strip 10 along the sealing ridge 6, and this strip 10 is fastened to the upper part of the sealing film 7 on which the sealing zone 8 is located. Tear-off floor The wasp 10 is double, and it is attached to both free surfaces of the sealing film 7. Apart from this, the tear-off strip 10 has a protruding portion, which allows the strip 10 to be detached from the top of the packaging container and, therefore, the upper part of the sealing film when opening the container. The film 7 is torn between the sealing zone 8 and the sealing zone 9. especially in the area immediately above the top edge of the panels 5, since said edge acts as a support in the stripping process. If the tearing is performed with stops, when the tear strip 10 is removed at half its length, then one panel 3 of the packaging container can be bent off, whereby the filling opening can be filled in the usual way. It is also possible to remove the tear-off strip 10 completely together with the part of the sealing film 7 under it, thereby ensuring the complete opening of the entire upper part of the container, allowing the contents of the container to be taken with a spoon. The proposed attachment can also be applied in plucked-type packages having a substantially flat top, which is easily obtained in a known manner by using a certain shape of the various top panels and bending down the sealing crest after sealing the package. Here, the protruding portion 11 for gripping the tear strip 10 and possibly the same protruding portion at the opposite end of the strip serve as fasteners for holding the sealing ridge 6 in a downwardly folded position. The protruding parts li of the tear-off strip 10 can be attached by heating to the two opposite side walls of the packaging container after sealing and bending down the sealing ridge 6, although it is desirable to leave the outer part of one end-3 of the tear-off strip 10 loose, thus obtaining a grip that facilitates opening of the packaging container, in order to avoid undesirable loads acting on a part of the sealing film equipped with a sealing zone 8, it is desirable in this embodiment to secure the tear-off a strip on the outside of the sealing ridge 6. in all cases on the side of the ridge facing up. For some reason, it may be necessary to cover the protruding part of the sealing film with packaging material. This is possible if the two parts of the panels 5 installed in front of the panels 2 have a height greater than the sections of the panels 5 located between them, i.e. plots located above the folded back panels 4. Accordingly, the increased height of the portions of the panels 5 corresponds to the height of the free part of the sealing film. The tear-off strip 10 in this case should be placed between the packaging material and the sealing film 7, and the corresponding upper portions of the sealing ridge panels 5 are separated from the parts located below with a pointer to tear off, they are attached to the tear-off strip 10, moving with it when opening the packaging container. Containers with a flat upper part can be without a tear strip 10, instead of which one of the said panels 5 can be used, namely that which, after bending down the upper part, is located on top and covers the protruding part of the sealing film 7 having a sealing zone 8. In this case, the sealing film 7 is sealed with a protruding panel, which, to facilitate opening of the packaging container, can also be provided with a tear-off indicator, which accordingly passes at the same level. is that the upper edge of the container, and therefore limits the above-mentioned projecting part of the panel adjacent the panel 5. The higher panel 5 projecting above the upper edge of the packaging container, can also serve as fastening element for the folded-down sealing greb- n. The proposed fixture ensures the creation of a packing seal. a leak-free container that is gas tight and impermeable to bacteria. Using the sealing film of the present invention, which is attached from the inside to the packaging material, to create a high-quality top seal, it is possible to eliminate the top sealing of a part of the sealing crest of the packaging container consisting of different numbers of layers of fibrous material, thereby making the top part of the package completely airtight and easy openable. Sealing the various layers of the sealing film folded many times is not difficult, since the thickness of the sealing film in this embodiment is very small. By joining the freely extending portion of the sealing film into the tearing strip, it is easy to open the container.
